Aguada
Fort Aguada was a 16th Century era stronghold originally constructed
by the Portuguese on the north shore of India's Mandovi River
estuary, initially tasked with defense of shipping and the
nearby Bardez District.

Basilica of Bom Jesus at Old Goa
The Basilica of Bom Jesus is famous throughout the Roman Catholic
world since it contains the tomb and mortal remains of St.
Francis Xavier.
Mangueshi Temple
Shri Manguesh temple is dedicated to Lord Manguesh, a form
of Shiva, which is recognised only in Goa. Though small, it
has an air of distinctive elegance.
Shri Shantaurga Temple, Kavlem
Shri Shantadurga temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati, the
wife of Lord Shiva. King Shahu of Satara built this temple
in 1738. This temple is the largest and most famous in Goa.
